Dominic Pezzulo was my auto shops teacher in high school 1 year earlier. Great man, great family person.Shops class was never the same again, RIP Dominick Pezzulo.
As the Weehawken Municipal Prosecutor back in 2001, I had the honor and privilege of, not only working with but, counting John Skala and Al Niedermeyer among my friends. They are both sorely missed. God bless them, their families and all who were lost on that awful day. This is a wonderful, beautiful video in honor of the 37 PAPD officers who were lost.
God Bless PAPD, NYPD and FDNY. May the Lord Bless them and keep them as they pay the ultimate sacrifice to keep citizens safe. We will never forget those who died during that tragic day.
Beautifully made memorial to the PAPD, who are all too often forgotten in the big picture that was the WTC -- yet, they lost more than even the FDNY in ratio to personnel employed/lost. In addition to the 37 officers, PAPD lost 39 civilian non-sworn employees; along with 1 K-9. Thank you for this fitting tribute!
If I owned this video I would take off all the filthy mouthed comments left here. This is a lovely and respectful video done with compassion. There are other areas on youtube on which you can take up debates such as those. This is not a site for appallingly, disgusting comments.
I leave the vile comments here so everyone can see the hatred and twisted views that still remain. Many of these men were combat veterans who fought for the right of free speech. Please understand that I hope everyone is as disgusted with the comments left as I am. Semper Fidelis.
37 less assholes to deal with, should have been 370! The department in question is a do nothing department that is way too overrated! They can't tell the difference between a Taliban and a Taco!
Excellent tribute video.
