this is a nice guide for normal game but she is still COMPLETELY unviable in ranked. With your strat you dont have a real support (if you dont go support mid) and you had no ad carry for towers which is also bad.

Its cool for normal but keep this out of ranked.

I like the guide but when I use eve I tend to just lane with her and max out my E first then blood spikes second with 2 point on invis by level 8. I find that eve is best laning AP, then roaming late game when eve is at her best. Death fire grasp for the extra damage, lich blade, mejais, and rabadons really give her amazing dmg

hes running 3 solo lanes, 1 roamer, 1 jungler

if they wanna counterjungle, their jungler can simply invade with eve stealthed by his side

they have a smite for ksing buffs, and will win fights since its 2v1

The problem is that you're still playing solo queue. Solo queue, at any range of Elo, will have far less communication and far less team work than a real team. Solo queue is so stupid to consider a hero balanced in. Eve still is a crap hero.

Have you ever tried a full ap build? I find that when i was around level 20-25 i used to rush lich bane and mejais, and then roamed focusing their squishies like teemo or annie. At around 400 AP and Lich Bane i managed to take out a level 15 teemo with just e and an auto
