As usual.... Super smooth and fantastic arrangement. Plenty to learn from it. When it comes to super warm and deep sounds, there is nothing better then this.
Anyone interested in an upbeat interpretation of this beautiful piece of music should check out Sondcloud and look up "Sam Elektron - Copenhagen Swag Remix"
Thanks again to Michael for letting me do this :-)
When you are interested in getting more views and fans, I think it would be better to show only a picture that represents the theme of the song. Most of the music fans are consumer and don`t want to see the midi notes and the sequencer.
@wertgbn Depends a bit on the message your trying to send. My message is intended for musicians and not consumers. In fact its a demonstration of a synthesizer which i particular like for its smoothness and with this video i trying to make other musicians aware it. The majority of my "fans" are people who enjoy making music and its my hope that my videos gives people inspiration to use their instruments to its fully potential. :)
@michaelkastrup I know that you are a sound designer but on the other hand you are not far away from good music, as you can also read in some comments. Therefore, I only want to give you the consciousness for it!
@michaelkastrup Hey man i m planning on getting a wave will sound fine with my virus ti. My question for you is can u use it as a vst or external instrument in cubase i mean sending to the wave 16 MIDI TRACKS at the same time as u can do it vith the virus ti....or u have to bounce evry track from midi to audio cos i saw it has a usb port .
@djadam21 Nord Wave is not multitimbral and the USB connection is ONLY used for data transfer of presets, the USB connection does not work as a MIDI interface. Nord Wave is really not ment to be a studio synth but a lightweight synth/sampler which you bring along for the road. IF however you wish to use it in a studio then you have to do old fashion MIDI to audio for each track. I usually create a MIDI track and then bounce it to audio and then create a new MIDI track which is bounced and so on.
Still working on that remix, battling with my own mediocre talent (and with the translation of the signatur into 4/4 :). It's about 50% done, give me a few more weeks ;-)
@michaelkastrup Am I right in thinking you like bands like Shakatak, Paul Hardcaste, Jimmy Jam/Lewis, Swingout sister, Rah Band, Level 42 etc? Nice stuff.
For some reason this track stands out even above the universally high standard of your other tracks. Not so much because of the Nord synth (although it is lovely), but because of the quality of the musician.
Could I make a remix of that one? I would like to do that a lot!!!! As I understand it you have all the parts in audio already, would love to blend this with my style : ) If you're interested, check my stuff out on Soundcloud, go for " Sam Elektron", I do fluffy trancey deep prog : )))) Again, great sounds and melodies...
Really tasty arrangment and choice of sounds. Love the overall colour/temperature of the song. Snug as a bug :)
