@Roynerer it's just a tad above scifi, is all. The story line is supposed to NOT explain why the kid has that power. If it was humanly possible, it'd be certainly possible to be used by, let's say, secret intelligent agencies. They basically just say "everything is connected" and that's it. They don't elaborate nor do they explain aspects of mathematical theories. In fact, those arent any, they're just "dumbed down" for the general audience to "understand".

So it's magic after all. Not science.
