Tony doesnt age because every four years (when there is sign of aging) 'they' kill the present tony horton, take one of his accelerated clones (only in the physical maturation aspect), imprint memory data into the new Tony Horton's blank neurons, which was copied from the original Tony Horton through means of a memory replication hardware (retinal scanning). It costs one hundred and fifty million dollars but it is worth it to keep beach bodie's image. You can't handle the truth! (jk... ha)
