This is a great video! I liked what he said about being willing to receive. I think that is great advice. Sometimes I think that's what may be lacking in my life, is that I may not be willing to receive what life has to offer 'cause maybe it seems to come at the wrong time. I like what he said about how the universe wants us to have all the things we want in our lives. makes me want to believe in god.

of course I agree that we can be self defeating, and indeed I have been many times in my life. However I am not convinced that ' we can have anything we want. I am sure for example that those who died in the Nazi concentration camps did not want what they got. There is such a thing as evil in the world. Or perhaps I have missed the point. maybe you are assuming a relitivly free society ?

This is what Budda said. Its the only saying i remember "Desires are man's worst enemy". So reach your goals without desiring them. Like that you can be happy even if God sent you the worst Karma possible. Reaching goals is an illusion portrayed by the consumeristic society we are living in. Spirituality is the best goal one can achieve. When this is done all the materialistic goals you might have had can go to hell.
