Very good question theophilius. The answer is that when you want to engage in commerce you can put your "strawman hat on" and act in the name. If you are being harassed as a man/woman, you can use the name to sue the powers that be for damages. The reason why you would do this is because any government dept is a dead entity, dept of justice, dept of environment etc, so you cant directly sue a man unless you have a direct complaint against him if he works in that company/government dept.

I'm a bit confused. You are saying the basis of these charges is by Statutory Act and this is not Common Law and therefore not lawfully binding without consent. If an Act has no common law validity, then how can you reply to the government using the Non-Fatal Offences against the Person ACT as a means of deflecting them? Does that have any Common Law validity either?

@platformtv Leaflets are also going up on shopping centre noticeboards and other meeting places.Importantly, the leaflets are not being ripped down and people oppose this tax. Even if people could leaflet the houses on their estate/area/road it would be great.
