  • when you are reading thid do not stop or else something bad will happen! (sorry about this) this girl's name is summer, she is 15 years old and has blonde hair, many scars, and she has no ears. she is dead. if you don't copy this to more than 5 videos, she will appear one dark quiet night when you are not expecting it beside your bed with a knife and going to kill you. this is no joke. if you send this on 5 more videos something good will happen to you

  • hÎhi_AÑý_gÚYs_wÄnt_tÔ_chAt_wíth_më

  • ok, claim in progress. i've reuploaded the video with more quality than this one, and now i'm waiting for the claim.

hope you can see the original video again soon.

  • dispute your claim

  • i don't expect anything if i try. i think i'm gonna have more problems, that's why i dont do that. i've tried to upload this video to a thousand places, and is banned everywhere, automaticly.eventhough, you can get in the emule.

    thx anyway.

  • im telling you, i did it for atleast 4 of my videos, just say that you are using it for non profit purposes, and copy and paste what they tell you to type and click submit, easy as 234

  • this is great!

  • this is kinda lame w/o the original song you had.

  • i was going to say a thing r 2 bout this but comments were to high so then well yes i passed more comments music is a cooling sensation kinda like an engine runningt

  • some of those clips were shown while he was playing hurt at his live show, trent is amazing

  • all the images are from nin videoclips

  • this vid is crazy, 2:12 into it... wtf is that hah

  • that is a dead fox, from the live show of hurt

    nice vid, nice song

  • I believe that's a dead dog's head

  • Dead Fox

  • yeah, it's a dead fox head, from the hurt video. all the images are from nin's videoclips. i did it that way, like a tribute

  • Comment removed

  • Yeah I think your right. It does look like a mash up, good song choice.

  • as in WTF!!!!!!

  • i wouldn't go as far as to call this another "just like you imagined"

  • you forgot the most important 2 words of the video clip's name: COPYRIGHT PROBLEM

just like you imagined copyright problem

meaning the images used for this video are copy righted. Hence this video can not qualify for the Ghosts Videos as per Trent Reznor's idea of the public making videos to his album Ghosts.

    the end

  • Its called Industrial. NIN "invented" that style

  • I think you find NIN didn't invent industrial music as a style, bands like Ministry have been around much longer than NIN and are just as industrial!

  • Genesis P-Orridge was one of the first if not THE FIRST to make Industrial music. Nine Inch Nails took his concept and made it their own.

Influenced by bands such as Ministry and Canadian gods Skinny Puppy.

Guitar magazine did a story on the History of Industrial if you can find it you can read it.

If I remember correct, Trent Reznor was on the cover and this issue came out around 1994 if I'm not mistaken.

  • wat type of music category does this fall in?

  • If this isn't the official music video then where is this from...o.O

  • this is a mashup of a bunch of nin music videos i think

  • This is as good as Beethoven or Mozart.

  • Harder Stronger Better Faster. ! :)

  • @arsenicandearlgrey if mozart was even a real composer, which evidence is showing he was not.. he was a masonic creation, a musical "superman" who was completely fabricated.. apparently, he wasn't even that talented of a piano player

  • does anyone know a link to download this please?? i gotta have it

  • Buy It!

  • newfag.

  • Jesus dude wtf this song is good and all its like 1 of my favorite songs but man holy sht wats up with the video what drugs do these people take?

  • One of the best songs EVER.

  • the perfect drug

  • FUCK YEAH! AGREE 110% !

  • pcp and crack

  • heh when i wanna get rid of my sister/parents i just blast this in their face

  • hahah :)

id just stay in and start dancing xD

  • I love The Beatles and I love Trent!!!!!!

What more could you ask for??

  • Two most talented people/bands to ever walk the earth. Good choosing :D

  • It's freaking awsome! I love it!

  • good music

  • perfect performance 1999 great congregation with fans

  • Disc 1 to be more specific. I lost it, still have disc 2 kicking around.

  • great, i lost cd2 two years ago and i still miss it

  • this is one of the best pieces of music i have ever heard

  • this video is creppy

  • SPARTAAA... ahem* great song.

  • awesome song!!! what album is it from?

  • the fragile.

  • i didnt know nin made the 300 theme yep a other reason y i have a man crush on trent :3

  • Well actually its not the 300 theme. The song was only used in the trailer. However it was released way back in 1999 on the album The Fragile.

  • You know there is something wrong with the voting system when something is being voted down for stating their preferances, save downvotes for incorrect facts please!

  • I dont get it...so the fact that I heard this song from the 300 trailer and thought "That song sounded amazing, im going to go find out who made it and buy it" makes me less of a fan because I heard it on a tv ad the first time?

  • Correctamundo

  • You can't disregard the fact that as far as instrumentals go, this is a classic and some people aren't too fond of their other music. Therefor this is their best piece in technical terms as just about everyone who hears it falls in love regardless of whether they like NINs other works.

  • this video is kinda weird

  • agreed the song is sweet tho

  • But this argument is kind of moot...

I have been die-hard since grade 9 (1995!) and Nails can do no wrong. However, a lot of their new fan base comes from hearing their music in the background of movies and TV. Try watching an episode of CSI (LasVegas) and count how many times they play NIN samples!

Point being, NIN will always produce amazing music which will continue to trickle down to new fans in a variety of mediums. That's good, right...more fans to share the love.

    Sellouts? you tell me

  • As we know, Just Like You Imagined was in 300 and Everyday is Exactly the Same was in Wanted. The comment boards are jammed with people who were introduced to Nails via these movies, and great- more NIN fans. However, it sucks to realize that a lot of these kids think these songs were written for these movies. These two were released years before the movies, and were certainly not written for the purpose.

Shitty movies do not inspire amazing music! The music comes first!

  • i hate the people that ONLY liked this song AFTER they heard it from the 300 trailer!

the entire album is bad ass!

  • So you hate people that were introduced to a new NIN nail song they didn't know? I bought the album With Teeth and started getting into NIN and then heard this song on the trailer and loved it. I liked this song the first time I heard it not after the trailer. It all was the same.

  • Hell, I never HEARD of it till I saw that trailer

  • ok.......

  • I didnt even know that this song was from 300 until someone mentioned it. In fact knowing it was from 300 actually made me like it less. I dont know why...

  • This piece was made several years before 300.

  • that's ok i hate you too

  • I didnt expect NIN to be the artist here.

  • so=song

    sry

  • Just like I imagined

  • Pointless. It´s just clips from other videos.

    Awesome song!

  • I'm happy that wanker film producers have actually noticed that Trent Reznor can produce an excellent piece of music for films. It's about fecking time afterall! The man is an extraordinary talent.

  • they have always used niners for ages in films

  • also to those of u who dont know those last 2 posts were replies to other posts

    so dont flame them :P

  • I disagree with some of these comments. I feel wherever you heard/found music you enjoy its al good. Hell, did you find everything you like on your own and not through other people, media, word of mouth?? Go on, lie, I dare you ;)

  • franko un emotions kyuss the jesus monkey

  • kyuss!

  • fuck you man

  • i actually started getting into NIN wen i heard their stuff played at flyers games haha

  • man you guys write some wank, i discovered this browsing nin.

i think your reading way too much into shit dudes

  • crucified monkey wtf?

  • i get lost in the moment when listening to this.

  • this song ttly turns me on!

  • this song inspires me to go and kick some ass

  • hahahhaha hell yea! me too!

  • I hate the comments from people who only discovered this track from 300. They can't truly understand this beautiful and awesome piece of music until they can place it within the context of the album, and indeed the album before it.

To them it seems it's just another piece of epic music that they'll get over in a month or so... the reality is that it's so much more than that.

  • Well said my friend.

  • quit being a pretentious douche

  • haha maybe I am, but I still stand by every word I said.

  • Why do you hate people that discovered this song from 300, dont you think it's a good thing that people experience new music and like it?

  • okay I do admit I was a bit harsh, and it is of course a good thing that people are discovering this awesome music... but I just find it a bit irritating because of the way in which they came across it - they'll forever be (consciously or sub-consciously) relating this music to 300, instead of from the mental perspective it was intended to be heard from.

But whatever, I guess it doesn't really matter to me anyway.

  • haha im just was wondering over old nine inch nails stuff (i dont own the fragile yet....yea im missin out)and realized i heard this before ...haha never realized 300 used this...haha

  • I first heard this song in the 300 trailer and fell in love with it, but I don't associate it with the movie. I associate it with the band. I like a few more of their songs, too, but I didn't start listening until I heard this. It's an outstanding piece of music. One of my favorites.

  • Check out nine inch nails, Survivalism (censored version)

    ;}

But if you're lil open minded get the original that was handed out on usb sticks at there latest concert.

  • true dat. it's the same with "requiem for a dream" i guess....

  • but the beat is good....so shut the fuck up hater

  • Aot6 you obviously don't know what music is.

  • go and listen to ur shitty rap. plenty of words there.

  • did they really make the soundtrack for this movie???

  • No they didnt , this song is from 1999, they just used it for the movie (:

  • My favorite song from Nine Inch Nails. U feel powerful just listening to the music!

  • thats a mixture of all the nine inch videos

  • I dont like listeners from 300. They listen to this cool song and they think"I love NIN" and then they recognize what is truly NIN and what they want to tell and give to world.

Yes most videos from NIN are "disgusting" but it have purpose...

  • I find this assertion to be blasphemy. In fact, this is madness!!!

  • This is an awesome song! You gotta love NIN and 300 XD and at the madness part...(I just HAVE to do this...) Madness? THIS IS YOUTUBE! -Kick- XD 5/5

  • With somewh4tdamaged

  • Amazing!

This video's so deranging, yet so powerful. :D

I love NIN and this very song.

    5/5, I say.

  • Put this song on, shut your eyes, and let the stream of consciousness hit you. That is what this song is about.

This was my favorite NIN song for a while.

  • I could not agree more.

  • Lol nice combination of clips from NIN and others.

This song is a little different from other songs from NIN. I don´t care. I love all songs from NIN.

  • awsome

  • 300

  • I love this song, because life as a child i am imagined so much better out of life, now as an adult i see what really happens, and i know the truth, this song really reflects that! is it just like you imagined?

  • i never thought this song was about childhood.

it makes me feel like being reborn, as though i was slowly unfolding and rising, like a new flower.

  • well said. the whole song is a huge crescendo, its one of my favorite NIN songs.

  • I have seen a few copies of The fragile with the top half of the cover the NIN part is now pixelated. Is that suppose to mean something now since the album didn't do well when it first came out? It might just be a fuck up at the factory that makes them?

  • NiN are the best.. Their work on the quake soundtrack is superb.

  • HOLY SHIT! They made the Quake soundtrack?! No wonder I liked the OST so fucking much then.

    Mad props for that.
