yea thats how i do scaffolding its only illegal if ur on the job site with it far as i know and if not wer just criminals aint we LOL :)

Yea is isn't it.. I'm not supposed to tell who taught me how to use that scaffolding 'cause he said it wasn't legal, but it worked better than the steel scaffolding I used last year, and it only took a few minutes to set it up and take it down..
