Some Pilates will help -- this guy really dances from the center. Notice how clear and quiet his waist remains throughout, no matter how crazy hte arms and legs, the energy is just radiating from his navel.

If you like the dancing and the music, do yourself a favor and learn how to dance, too! Start with slower, similar music, and remember, it's not Ballroom! Learn from a Lindy Hop / Balboa instructor.

And...you don't need to be 20. There are lots of older dancers in this genre.
