For the record I am for medical marijuana, or whatever your freaks want to kill yourself with. But we must preserve state's rights for the VERY reason that Mike say. It is an experimental procedure of government and when one of the 50 get it right it will quickly spread.

I'm surprised he knew about the 10th amendment since you never hear of him talk about following the constitution at all! At least Ron Paul uses these ideas as a platform and promises to follow these principles closely as they were originally intended and authored by the founding fathers.
