I love your website, it has been very helpful for me and my family. I have a goat that will be kidding anytime now and a lot of this stuff has been helpful.
And sorry about all the people bashing on you, they shouldnt watch it then. the birthing process is messy, yes, but look what comes from it... beautiful aspects of life. :)
@garotovenus What a bumbling idiot. That's anything but the truth... of course, you don't seem to understand a concept like ownership of artwork (which videography falls under). She produced it, made it, owns it.
@CorrosionAlpha But they created new content from the video, and they claim to own the second video which contains content from this original. There fore, in part, owning the original or having the right to use it.
wait, why do people insist on flaming? we have a goat that should have her baby within the next day and ive never dealt with such a thing. i am happy with any help i can get, especially since this is her first and her mom lost her first baby before we got them.
Thank you for this. I have 3 does due the first week of April 2011. Though I've assisted in the delivery of lots of puppies, and even a lamb, this is my first time with goats.
I followed the same link from the iamamietc. channel. Just wanted to let you know that I'm glad to have seen it. I love goats and always wanted a few someday, when we've got the property. Goldie Jr. and her kids are beautiful, goo and all. Life is gooey, folks.
Hope all is well for you and your family, human and non-human :)
noone has said anything positive about the editing and taking down of the iamamiwhoami video? - this goat birth video is beautiful and I love iamamiwhoami, if it hadn't of been for you then both videos may not have had as many views - in a sense, it was genius on both your parts. Keep up the good work, and hopefully Goldie Jr and the boys are doing well. Peace.
Thank you for uploading this :) Even though I have had many goats give bith. I use a lot of your information on your website, so it was nice to see a few of your goaties!
Oh man, goatbirth is so disgusting. Why would you want to film goatbirth? Goatbirth is a gross thing. Erghhh.... I'm going to be thinking about goatbirth whilst I'm eating my bloody tea tonight.
Thank you very much for uploading this video; it is an absolutely fascinating demonstration of the birthing process. I can see why this would be of interest to iamamiwhoiam
What are different peoples' takes on how involved you should be with the birthing process.. for me this was a bit too involved.. I have a video of the mother doing it all on her own on my account. Then again, we didn't have these types of goats, maybe it's different.. what type of goat is this?
that is really interesting. I've never been around this type of goat, but others. But I don't think I could handle delivering a kid. thats pretty gross. i'd pass out! but
I really appreciate this being filmed. Having never had a farm animal I was quite trepiditous about the delivery of our new kid. Video's like this one make farming on your own with no experience possible. Thank you Fiasco Farm
Many more people than you expect raise goats to provide wholesome milk and cheese for their families. A lot get goats as their first livestock animal and genuinely do not know what to expect when their goats give birth; sometimes it is the first time they have ever seen anything born. I'm deeply committed to helping people and teaching them to care for their goats. I took this video to aid people in being aware of what to expect, and know what do, when their does give birth.
Think of all of the people from across the globe coming from the iamamiwhoami vid to come see this and the publicity, views, and people u r educating as from that point.
i was just on your website. i love it! my lamancha (sandi) who looks very much like your goldie jr, is due to kid anyy day! this is my first time, and she's a first timer too. you've helped a lot!
a harrowing experience! i've seen dogs and cats give birth, but never a goat :P i have a La Mancha nanny about to kid and i am getting nervous and excited. this will be a first for me. She's such a sweet and friendly goat, i hope all will go well for her. i've been haunting your website trying to learn as much as i can lol
I love your website, I reference your cheese making all the time... i just happened to find you on youtube by accident... SO glad I did!!! Thanks for being an informative person!

@ELCNUmorFnaMehT All comes back to the point that they didn't have the right to, and didn't ask to. Her rights matter more than " a good video ".

For goat people, this video is helpful, informative, for the newbie it gives them a view of what's to come when their goat gives birth.
I love and appreciate all Fiasco Farm has to offer. ;)
