no offense, because I can't even play it but it totally lacks feel. You nailed it perfectly but it reminds me of Chris Impellitteri showing how to play Yngwie's "Black Star." No feeling at all
that was an amazing cover of that solo...you should make a post of the rest of that song, including the drum solo, haha...Kick Ass I bet VinMan himself would have enjoyed that.
I just listened to "never been to barcelona". I was only able to hear a clip of it but, I dont think thats it. I know its this solo was recorded in the studio though.
Hi! Thank yo so much, I really appreciate it! I just have so much fun "attempting" Vinnie's music lol. Hes great. Im not to sure what its called, My uncle said its an interlude of some sort. Its always listed online as "Very fast classical solo Vinnie Moore". "654321" is probably right cause I have no clue lol. Thanks again!!
Fuck man, I'm practicing this very solo and I was hoping to be the first one to play it live. Shit, I guess you beat me to it. You totally nailed it by the way. Saved by a miracle is my favorite Vinman track ever
All this BS about playing the piece 100% perfect is dumb. 99.9% of the time the actual artists can't duplicate their recordings. Good job man. I love that intro section and song as a whole. That one intro solo section in Soldier without Honor or whatever it is called rules also. Vinman is just hands down the best player I've ever heard. The ability to be melodic in the midst of that much technicality is unbelieveable
Hey man, Thank you alot for the comment. I appreciate it. I agree, Vinnies playing is amazing especially hearing such melodies in his songs while being technical like you said. Thank you again!
I hope I didn't discourage you because that wasn't my intention. I may have been nit-pickin' but I guess the only real part I thought wasn't clean was at the 12 second mark. Only that one riff. A small muted part.
Hey Scott, Oh No not at all! I didnt take it that way : ) lol. Yeah I just played it with a little palm mute there for a change, and also added my own little pieces that arent exactly what Vinnie does but what I was feelin at the moment lol. I really appreciate your comment and compliment! Thank you again!
what's the name of that vinnie tune? nice dude!

The song is called "Saved By a Miracle"

This was indeed well played. This solo is completely awesome, especially because such a skilled guitarist lke vinnie moore plays it on acoustic.
What is the song called anyway? so that I might download/buy it
keep up the good work!

i think this song is called "never been to barcelona" it`s in his live album..
i`m not sure if it is the same, but at least is acoustic too hehehe

great playing!! nice, best cover of that solo iv seen

Anytime someone plays clean and fast I am impressed. Too many guitarists cover their mistakes with effects and distortion. Nice job!

Respectable but not as "clean" as I would like.
Keep workin' kid! Sounds good.
