you're cheating right? I say this because whenever the patient's life reaches zero, makes mission failed and I think you have to have some trick up your nintendo ds, because everybody when the patient has no life, it's mission failed. do not you think?

With the first mission for example : When the mission is nearly over (you just have to apply the bandage) cut the patient with the scalpel. When the vitals reach 1, cut a little more. The patient will have 0 vitals but he's still alive !

for if I have the game trauma center, and I had a whole game, and that you say that the first mission the patient has 0 life, can not be, nonbeing the game in the English version is different the game in Spanish, I have the game in Spanish because they do not speak English and at least ami the patient has not come to 0 of life, but the first mission has crystals in his right arm to your left and I echo the mission and ami the patient has not come to 0 of life.

I tried it on the Wii, but what I did was once there isn't a lot of the membranes and and thorns, use the Healing Touch and then try to hurry as fast as you can to get it all out before the regenerate. Sorry if it isn't really helpful. ^^"

only time i can think of having 0 vitals is when the vitals drop down to 0 but they dont drop anymore so it stays at 0. i mean it goes from 5, to 4, 3, 2, 1, 0 but it doesnt go under 0 yet so it isnt actually 0 if you get that.

okay.. i will explain what happened here.

first, if your vitals are at 0, and angie tells you to do that shit, the vitals hang, no matter what number is it.

second, as he sutured the vitals didn't goed down, because they CANT go down in that part.

third, he had a mere split second in the last part, if he didn't did that, GAME OVER. i'm telling you because i missed there and my vitals weren't going down (i was at 01 vitals). hope that solves it...
