When I started Dead Space again from the start (because my first save file was rubbish) I thought when I get up to this section there was know hope for me getting this trophy. But I turned the sound down and I %100 concentrated on the game and got the trophy first try. Very easy trophy if you completely focus on the screen :)

Don1970: you should be given a medal. I'm actually trying to get all achievement and when I started this one, I thought it was absolutely impossible. I followed your tips and I achieved it on the 4th try. I was seeing how I got better at each try.

lol yes there are 2 cannons but that would be stupid 2 use both for 1 hit rocks lol just got my plat in this game an my best idea for this is a lot of trys an keep calm stick mostly 2 the middle an dnt worry 2 much about the sides take sides out when you can safely and you beat it just really knock out the middle!

turning the volume down drastically changed my performance. who woulda thunk it? lol ended up getting 65% on my 6th try. also, i focused on the center but used the right cannon for asteroids more on the right, left cannon for ones more on the left and both for the big ones.

I've taken to starting new games on the hardest available setting and I'm at this point now... and I refuse to move on untill I have this trophy! The only true way to get this achievement is to turn down the sensitivity on the controlling.

Otherwise it's too sensitive and it is impossible to do

This is the only trophy that is costing me plat on this game. It's just 2 hard. i've had numerous tries but only got close twice. This trophy is even more harder then the Sum of al zeros in COD5. I get all the trophies expcept this. It takes the p this one does :(

Dont give up. I thought the same way as you...thought I'd never get it. If you got close a couple of times, then you'll get it. It took me nurmerous tries. The rocks on the far left, right, up and down, you can let them go. They wont do much damage. You'll get it.

Sum of all Zeros...yeah I compare it to this one, except on Sums you get that checkpoint after the first set of Zeros. If I didnt get 12-15 shot down before that checkpoint I'd stop the game and start it again till I got that many. Then it was all up to getting the rest before the next checkpoint. That was another I didnt think I'd get, but I'm stubborn and addicted to trophies : D

I'm trying to get plat on MW2, but getting 3 stars on some of the Special Ops missions is holding me back : (

@Don1970 Dude MW2 spec ops was easy on veteran there was only 3 missions that were really hard but with the help of a co-op friend/some creative thinking you can get the platinum like me i got in about 2 weeks but i only play on the weekends fri, sat , sun becuase i go to school parents don't allow on week days. Oh and it is possible to kill 10 jugggernauts only by your self on vet but it much faster to do with a friend.

@waza255 Thanks for the offer! I finally grabbed up the plat on MW2 just a week before Black Ops came out. Was working on BO's veteran campaign run, and the second trophy for completing "S.O.G." and "The Defector" missions on veteran did not pop up! I completed the next mission without even noticing! Don't know if its glitched or if I should go through them again. Sucks either way.

Yeah I know, but I don't understand about the bronze. You don't need to get bronze trophies for gold or silvers. Only for platinum.

mmm how should i explain there are some trophies that require u to get another one. Well not the trophy itself but same goal...for example one gold trophy says collect 20 of "this" and one silver trophy says get 10 of this...so u have to get the silver b4 u get the gold well u dont have to but u will no matter what... do u c where im going here or am i just talkin jibberish? @.@

No, I now clearly understand you, lol. But the "don't get cocky kid" is not related to any other trophy but the platinum. What I mean is that if you don't get that one, but all the other ones, you only miss the platinum. I think we understand each other now..;-)

Trust me, it took a lot of tries for me. You'll get it. Sometimes you catch breaks with the rocks towards the end and they don't come out so heavy.
