Wow , what a huge difference at gamescom 2010 :) There were 10% of the crowd from this video attending the 2.0 presentation. It seems it is direct proportional with the numbers of players. The same 90% decline in player base and attendance at Aion gamescom event.

we had a huge bot issue but on my server they have gone bye bye. Its expensive that I agree the lack of storage space sux the fact you have to redo ur stigmas all the time cuz u cant be all healz and pvp at the same time and did I mention its ubber expenisve crafting deaths cost so even if you sell shizz ur still broke all the time? lol ehh it will get better hopefully soon CUZ IM BORED!

The thing with Aion that I have been disapointed is lack of a GM and their customer support of lack of... that we have no mounts just wings that we can on occassion glide and can only fly in the abyss which buhlowz and the 4-5 hour instances which may or may not drop crap... (drop rates suck) the fact that they havent delve into sorcs an sins being op.... but like all games it new and as time goes by hopefully end game content will be baddass! till then ill kill noobs n shizz LOL

1. WoW Didnt invite refer a friend, and a large portion of there current tech and mechanics came from games before it! (OMFG THERE WAS GAMES BEFORE WOW!!)

Yes, MMOs like Ultima, SWG, and EQ. Those kinds of games are great. But the idea of RaF was only in EQII and that was implemented AFTER WoW.

Keep in mind, Conan was also supposed to be a "WoW Killer"..what happened to that game?...oh right it failed. Can only hope Aion is able to pull up from the hype and give what players are wanting otherwise..call it conan #2. WoW will be around. It will get even more boring that what it already is..and people will still love it. So cry less and enjoy the games you play.

LukasJellyBeans, WoW is getting old now. PvP in Aion is great and a lot of fun :D... PvE is alright, but most of the game, along with the end-game, is completely PvP.

Do that cuz it's true. They choice the wrong server I geuss. Only if they mean to many gold spammers in chat window...they right. But unlike all other games I played I can just do my quests without bots that bothering me and killing my mobs. Nothing of what you just said supported your retarded theory of how PvP is better in Aion. WoW's has Arena Seasons that actually take skill.

You can fuck other players up by jumping around them and OPing them in WoW. In Aion its just stand-still PvP and if you go behind them it automatically turns them. Nobody wins the battle unless another player comes in to gank. It's shit, the only thing that is "cool" about it is the attack moves.

I played to lvl 50. Asmodian Gladiator, never had fun.

And it doesnt take skill to sit on your ass pressing 1-9 on Aion in standstill PvP that is weak.

Jumping around another player is a strategy practiced by many players to get an advantage over others, thats what makes it challenging.

The game looks pretty but just doesnt work in reality, NCsoft were lazy and decided most leveling should be done by grinding, which is fine if you enjoy killing the same mobs over and over again but for me i prefer a quest storyline :)

Aion just isn't as interactive as wow, I don't like that you have to take out your wepeon before a fight starts :( It's not anywhere near as good as wow for pvp/pve. But it's a good game, the graphics are amazing. Btw I don't play either anymore, just before you start all that fan boy stuff.

I'd like to see an MMORPG that combines flying, diving, interactive battles, personalization of characters, crafting mini-games (instead of tedious waiting), great moods (landscape/music combinations that fit together and captivate you), a world you can have influence on and a captivating story line - IMHO Aion fulfills flying fully and some of the others partially (afaik no MMO games to date fulfill them all)

Do you even understand that concept of a challenge? WoW's PvP has its own tournaments where the top teams can win $250,000. You actually need some sense to win in PvP. Do you even know what tedious means? Diving is swimming, you can do that in any good MMO. Flying mounts in WoW, insane mounts you can use like the Time-Lost Proto Drake. Mini Games, battlegrounds, quests referencing to things like TLoZ and Donkey Kong, and even TMNT.

WoW has the longest lore in any MMO ive ever seen.

When it says the age of 17, and you claim I'd be 1 year of age by the time it was released, clearly it's not hypocrisy because when you say I was 1 year of age when it was released, and the statement is that the RTS was from before somebody was born means that I was in existence and breathing while it was out.
