  • Think of this as proof that public speaking isn't as easy as it looks! Simon (the interviewer) is encouraging Najae to shape his ideas and express them better...While a smile gets you a long way, to be a truly great speaker takes thought, effort, practice! There's hope for us all if even the Speak Out 2011 winner needs these too.
