  • Either a STABLE & LOCKED door if you have a door anchor or a STABLE planted /heavy object such as weight room machines, monkey bars in the playground, etc...

  • WIth the core twist, shouldn't she keep her lower body still and just move her core? Seems her legs & hips are doing the work. Also it would be great to see these done with both partners working.
