This Incident happened in Sialkot on 15th of August.. the victims are two innocent brothers (Age: 17,19) who were accused to be the robbers.. They were tortured and murdered brutally in public, everybody watching and no body came to stop them).. police were standing there as well and they didnt stop any one..
