@war40kdude I've played them man if you set up the guitar and amp right its perfectly audible. But it is low, and you can only play the 8 string by itself. It sounds semi-bad in a chord.

Agreed. Even the 28.625" scale on my Agile allows the strings to be a little loose for my taste when I drop it a half step. Like most things in life...every inch counts. If you plan on tuning down ANYTHING on an 8-string...go for the Agile with the 30" scale.

@blackseeds666 What I did with mine is get a little bit lighter strings and tuned all the strings 5 tones up, now I have a seven string with a high a!!

Now with a high A string instead of the low F#, it'd be pretty much perfect..
