  • Salamat sa paglibot mo saamin sa mga kalsada ng metro manila ! :)

  • it's Incredible to see the similarities of Filipinos & Latinos. It's just like visiting a typical Latin American city!...

  • @BoxxerRose

Hindi ko papatulan ang GHETTO BEHAVIOR mong komento. I'm not here to prove kung nasa US man ako o wala.

  • @neonoypi Ugok ka gago, wala kang nalalaman bobo ka!

  • Nice video. Thanks for sharing. I drive and cycle through these streets back in school and workforce. The video shows vehicle traffic in an 'organized chaos' through the use of 'common sense' on the part of the drivers. A system that probably would scare those who are used to driving only in countries like Canada or USA. As for the background music, maybe you can use a background like that song 'Manila .. manila, I kept coming back to manila'. That would fit this video.

  • Great job on the filming and editing. Nice music the titles help a lot. This video has a real nice flow to it

AHeroux51 knows what he is doing.

  • @seaymajor --- Thanks...Happy to have a fan. There's also Driving in Manila (2) in my Channel.

  • Thts a poor country..

  • these are not the poor places in Manila.. .

  • thanks. I used to take these routes.

  • this vid made me want to go back asap , u even drove past the motel i stay in when im there, in pasay, near moa, the people in phil have been very nice to me , had no troubles cept for 1 cab drvr , love it there :)

  • I am a Pilipino and grew up there for 20 years then moved to Canada and people see this video how dirty and stink my home country and their right, But what they don't know is how warm and caring Filipinos are.

  • @mizzsixty9er --- Thanks for the comment, I agree.

  • @mizzsixty9er It may be, but Manila has its own charm that no other place has. It's so colorful, warm and you can find traces of many different cultures.

  • @Moralvorstellung7 Doesn't look like such a shithole to me. Have you been anywhere else in your seemingly sheltered life?

  • Comment removed

  • @Moralvorstellung7 I've been to Manila several times, along with other cities in Asia and the Pacific. I enjoyed my time there and will go again. What got you so riled up against the place anyway? I was born in Europe, I've been on 4 continents, and now I'm in Asia. You sound pretty close-minded. Learn to take a step back from being stuck-up and just chill out. You'll get yourself high blood pressure thinking the way you do :)

  • @Moralvorstellung7 its none of ur fucking business anyway...ur comment is not needed.better step out.

  • Metro Manila is composed of 16 cities namely City of Manila, Caloocan, Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Pasay, Pasig, Parañaque, Quezon City, San Juan, Taguig, Valenzuela and the Municipality of Pateros and these cities are not provinces.

  • These places are no longer Manila. Manila is the capital of the Philippines, if an area is outside the boundary of Manila it is called Metro Manila. Like for example Pasay or Mandaluyong it's called Pasay City Metro Manila & Mandaluyong City Metro Manila.

  • @BoxxerRose So the video's title should be "Driving in Metro Manila Philippines".

  • @BoxxerRose --- Yes, it's in the description anyway, but I like short titles. Here in Montreal, it's an island with the City of Montreal and some other cities too, call Montreal Metropolitain, but it's still Montreal for the World.

  • @BoxxerRose --- The Manila Airport is in Pasay City, isn't it? Metro Manila is a Province in The Philippines, like Bulacan or Palawan. When you say Pasay or Paranaque, outside in the World, they dont know what it is except by filipinos only. I dont want to hurt your feelings.

  • @AHeroux51 Nope, it's not Manila airport it's NAIA in Pasay. We don't call it Manila airport. Metro Manila are areas/towns outside Manila the capital city. Metro Manila is not a province, you're talking about the provinces of Laguna, Cavite, Rizal, Bulacan, Pampanga and Batangas that's Greater Manila Area & those are provinces.

  • @BoxxerRose --- I dont want to hurt your feelings here. I know all that. But when you take a plane outside The Philippines to go to The Philippines it's writen Manila on the tiket, like Montreal (YUL) to Toronto (YYZ), Toronto to Tokyo (NRT) and Tokyo to Manila (MNL).

  • @AHeroux51 Yes, but we're not talking about the place of arrival/departure we're talking about the airport. It is situated in Pasay City not Manila. Trust me on this one, it's my country & I know my geography & history very well. Metro Manila is not a province, if you're talking about Bulacan, Cavite etc., it's no longer Metro Manila it's Greater Manila Area you have to be specific specially in naming places so other people watching won't get confused.

  • @BoxxerRose

You're so technical. Manila boy ako at kapag sinabi mo ngayong MANILA, it refers to the entire METROMANILA. Actually, they're now calling it MEGAMANILA because they're now including some areas of LAGUNA, CAVITE, RIZAL and BULACAN as part of METRO MANILA.

Like in NEW YORK, when you say NEW YORK CITY or CITY, it refers to MANHATTAN, QUEENS, BRONX, BROKLYN and STATEN ISLAND.

  • @neonoypi Who cares if you're Manila boy? Manila is Manila, Metro Manila is a different story. Manila is a city divided nto six legislative districts and consists of sixteen geographical districts: Binondo, Ermita, Intramuros, Malate, Paco, Pandacan, Port Area, Quiapo, Sampaloc, San Andres, San Miguel, San Nicolas, Santa Ana, Santa Cruz, Santa Mesa and Tondo. You have to be specific specially if you're posting a video to the world so people won't be confuse.

  • @BoxxerRose

Who cares also if you don't care. I was just telling you my AUTHORITY of saying my piece.

You don't know how to accept the fact that your are so TECHNICAL. Why are you making it a big deal about MANILA or METRO MANILA.

No need for you to enumerate the 6 DISTRICTS of MANILA.

I told you the similarity in other parts of the world like here in NEW YORK. When you say NEW YORK CITY, it refers to MANHATTAN, QUEENS, BRONX, BROOKLYN and STATEN ISLAND.

    Mahirap bang unawain yun?

  • @neonoypi US is US, it's Manila is what we're talking about. US is a whole new ball game from Manila.

  • @BoxxerRose

Argumento mo MANILA is MANILA and US is US. now, saan mo nakuha ang SALITANG DOWNTOWN?

magGOOGLE na o kaya magWIKI na. hehehehhe:D

in fairness, maganda ang mga videos mo. but don't be too technical.

  • Nice vid.

    Dirty place.

  • @will1835 --- Not so dirty... love you filipina.

  • @AHeroux51 I am not a Filipina. And it is dirtier than most countries in the world. Have you been?

  • @will1835

Have you been to NEW YORK CITY? Manhattan has dirt also. Broklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island have their own dirt too.

Every countries in the world has their own GHETTO. Be real!

  • I feel like I'm in Philippines again watching this video,

  • Comment removed

  • so dirty and poor, hope it improves soon! :) i love the philippines

  • @puipiko dirty and poor. sounds like you're too much of an idiot get to know the place. what are you some kind of rich prince. parts are dirty and parts are poor but the city my friend is fun and there are a lot of beautiful places to see there. in fact those "dirty and poor" places around the world happen some of the most vibrant fun places on earth. And if you appreciate being open to all cultures you wouldn't make such harsh judgements.

  • Name of the song?

  • @deltanalliance Never mind found it in the description.

I find the prospect of driving in Manila really hectic and I blame it on poor road design. There needs to be more optimization for Jeepneys (i.e. consider they often stop suddenly to pick up/drop off passengers at non-designated stops) and more turn lanes.

  • Manila as I remembered. Very colorful and vibrant. I can imagine the weather just watching the video - must be hot and humid. Hopefully Ill be able to visit again..
