The room cost $250.00. I had the mats already and the Marines were throwing away the wall pads. So we went and pick them up for nothing. Pretty much just paid for the wood.

The kids were not cutting weight. They were practicing. We let them wear whatever they feel is comfortable to practice in. Sweatpants also help with not getting matburn.

Man, training so intensely and frequently at that age, these guys are going to be absolute BEASTS when they eventually enter MMA. I wrestled in High School and I was pretty good but I'm not too proud to admit that these kids are already way ahead of where I was at age 16. If they stay disciplined and keep up their training at the same pace as they are now (and of course devote the same intensity to training their striking and BJJ), they could become the next evolution of MMA.

I want to see you face to face with an opponent then achieve a front head lock then sit down to throw your opponent in a suplex . I love that move . It's hard to explain it's like a hip throw from the front .
