If your cable slows down because of your neighbors all going online shouldn't TWC install more cable?? Aren't you also a neighbor online? Bandwidth caps are about keeping people from experimenting and using competing online media services- and from spending too much time on sites like youtube. If your not watching television they lose money from their commercials.Your cable box keeps count of what you watch especially the commercials. It is how they sell advertising. As for the Time Warner Cable bandwidth caps I would have to agree with what they are doing. Since only so much data can travel through a given cable, if all of my neighbors uncap their modems it makes my Internet slow. I say get em boys!!!
