It amazes me just how awful people can be towards same sex marriages and same sex partners adopting. Why does it matter so much that there be a Mother and A Father? (What people do with their life is no one else's business but theirs) Sam and his partner seem to have so much love and devotion in their home and if they want a child to share it with, than that child is truly blessed. A family can't be determined by sex's, but instead by Love. If there is no love, there is no family.

Rumors have it (don't know if it's true) that you, Rosie and your first adopted son were going to be in a diaper commercial together when your first adopted son was still a baby, but chose to decline with you still busy hosting your show at the time.

Sam, make sure u hold Cooper as much as possible so he doesn't get a flattened skull (positional plagiocephaly) from lying too often on his back. Change his position often. It's wonderful to sit in a chair and have ur son asleep against ur chest. Hope u found a good sliding/rocking chair.

I dont agree with Rosie most times, but she is dead on about the diaper genie......dont do it! lol I dont think you will need parenting advise, I think you are a natural. Love and understanding can accomplish anything and you are full of both. The only advice I will give is cherish every moment and take lots of pictures and movies because it seems in a blink of an eye they are adults and on their way.

Oh Sam, congratuations to you and Danny. May your home be forever filled with smiles, giggles, and love. I agree that the Diaper Genie is less than desired. The price of the refills -- yikes. So we used the Diaper Champ as it uses normal garbage bags. My hubby always emptied it so I can't really comment on the stink, but it never stunk up the nursery!! Check it out. Ziplocs would just get too expensive for me too :)
