if you have an asian wholesale nail supply around your area you can get essie, opi, china glaze for around 3$, you dont have to buy in bulk either.. nor do i think you need a license..even tho i have one they never ask to see it..

these nail supply stores are usually found in bigger citys and usually located around asian markets/ asian restuarants, basically if you have an chinese/vietnamese area in your town.. thats where the supply store is..
