@dannie91496 they forgot to mention (with the inroduction of the grey wolf) managed to kill every last moose in Yellow Stone Park. Congrats....and the elk are soon to follow. Defenders of Wildlife?????? how about We have an agenda and are using the wolf to acheive it??

@bm4nu FIRST OF ALL without the wolf the moose and elk will die anyway BECAUSE the herd can easily get diseases and illness and wolves mostly hunt the weak in the herd so if thats done then it wont spread. AND other predators like bears eat them too WOLVES and like any other animal balance and each of them is depending on one another for example (not many plants= less insects & herbivors, no herbivores no bear, wolf, coyote, fox) Theyre there for a reason. no predators= more prey= less plants

I'm glad it's looking up for the sea otters & of course all of the wildlife. The jaguars & wolves are an uphill battle. Glad that they still have a presence, but would I want to present in front of them? Yikes! But bravo DoW.

I've wondered the same thing myself. I can only guess the game/spot & fur trade with in certain groups. Anybody know why? However, the DoW have been very vigilant for the past few years in stopping this. Props to them for it!

I also don't trust that judge who railroaded the wolves to be slaughtered by the sadistic wolf killers while the lawsuit is pending. Even if the judge does rule in our favor in the end, there will still be no justice for the wolves because the sadistic wolf killers still got they're way!

This government and its obsession with killing and exploiting wolves and wildlife for certain special interests makes me sick!

well happy this past hope some of the others I signed pass soon to like den hunting of bears, the one that concerned me most at this time is the beluga wales personally all hunting of them should stop all together till they reach at least 10,000 considering there is only 300 left that's really bad it took this long to even get them a safe haven the shark fining needs to stop as well, hunting is one thing having a lack of respect for life is another
