I would guess it's a flying insect that has moved fast enough to fool the camera's auto-focus system. It's speed causing stretching/elongation & a multiple image to register within a single frame. A bit like the images of what were thought to be "rods". But were in fact the effects of a rapidly moving winged insect fooling the exposure system of a video camera,
