Ok, but in what way better? Easier, bigger amounts of instruments, better quality of sounds, more effects? I'm a FL Studio 9 beginner (1 month) and I'm getting successful. It was really hard for me to get through the program and to learn it. So I wonder if it wouldn't be even more difficult with reason.

With virtual software synths, you get what you pay for. Reason, is easy for any beginner to use, and complex enough for an advanced user to virtually create anything he wants

@vehbr agreeed... the argument between software is kind of annoying. the pros use all osrts of programs.. some like logic, some reason... its about u personally, not the program... For example im far too lazy for FL as I just copy and paste everything and the track sounds shit and repetitive, whereas Nuendo requires loads of work to EQ and get levels right... pros and cons

Maybe you should remaster your track. Check EQ and overcompression on kick, sidechain noise crash. Again amazing track!

hey ummm i got reason 4 today so im still a noob but you can record your own sound and can import midi files for sample but the actual programme itself comes with loads of samples, loops and other stuff

You cannot record directly into Reason. Try using freeware Audacity for that. Save out as .wav. Then import the .wav file into a ReDrum channel or as an NN-XT sample. (check online for specifics of how to do this)

I slave Sonar to Reason as a ReWire device and can record audio 'alongside' Reason, and of course there's Propellerheads' own Record audio sequencer, but certainly not into Reason as a soft studio... you sure about this? Sounds more like a hack to me buddy.

you will need a midi keyboard, i got a cheap 25 key small one that will do fine

it doesnt have loops other than a few drum loops

if uve got no one to help you id strongly suggest buying a book to help you

only like 10 pounds
