I wonder why the syndicated version of this cut right to commercials right after Vicki crashed her car in the first part, but came back from the commercials with Shatner's update?

Unless they actually showed Vicki being impaled through her neck by that stick right after she crashed, what's the sense in doing that?

Not to mension that it didn't even show Greg pulling over, calling 9-1-1, and the rescuers ariving in part 1 of the syndicated version.

Yes she it very beautiful and it further intentsifies the rescue in addition that her parents were firefighters. I hope her dad Ted rejoined the fire department ; those firemen are a real family.

I remember the next one. The little girl, Ana climbs to the top of the tree and can't get down.

So her brother seen in the preview there has to climb up to give a pocket knife to the officer so he can cut her shoe lace which is wrapped around a tree branch.

Then they go trick or treating because it's Halloween.

Why did she climb the tree? She wanted to be a black cat for Halloween.
