I remember all those years ago watching this live on TV. This was by far one of the funniest, most unexpected thing I ever saw on a news show and I could not stop laughing to save my life. To this day I still remember half this skit it is so funny, so well done, so memorable.
I used to watch the weather with Norm with my now departed grandma every halloween-Itwas our tradition-I miss Norm doing the weather...does anyone have any other clips to post????
