@ziagirl I here ya on that! I wasnt able to find anything in my budget so i took a SBC 350 and bored 60 over with high comp pistons, edlebrock intake and carb, voodoo cam and lunati lifters and put it in a shit heap of an S10. Lots of power and its ugly as hell, good for scaring little kids

DAMN! What akk did you have to do to the 360 for performance? I never owned one but i've heard they are more of an anchor than anything and that damn sure doesn't strike me as an anchor! I've had a couple 390's that were fuckin amazing! One in a 69 Mach 1 that would blow the dooes off just about anything I came up against. It especially loved eatin the Vetts up! HAHA!

@sincityryder yeah... it just depends on what you want to do. i just wanted to get my low. theres several ways , what u need to do is go to some pre 65 car shows.like the ones in vegas. viva las vegas was last weekend, the next one is may28-30 memorial day weekend at las vegas motor speedway. thats where u will get your ideas. just take a camera and a note pad , good luck let me know if that works. @rm42chops seem like so much more with all that rubber smoke...i needed 525 just to get my wrecker jumpin' but that's all 3500 plus lbs of GMC K-35 being yanked around by a SB 327 casting number 30010 4 bolt mains, steel crank, and straight plug camelbacks. Had 0.580'' lift 310 deg. duration of Crane cam, had Hedman headers...but I like yours better...should had mine comin' out the hood thru slots. Ran it w/the 9 to 1 compression formula, gas ported pistons. Man I sure wish we had YouTube then.
