i finally figured out how to make an account! you just have to use internet explorer! once u made ur account u can go to the emodio site through the program, sign in, and start sending UCI to your device!

Yer mine did that 2, i signed up about 5 times and it kept saying user name invalid, its just an admin error. They are fixing the site at the moment and it'll work after it has officially opened.....i hope.
