the clash didnt just write dub and reggae, they revolutionised it. this tracks ok i guess but calling the clash rip offs shows how little you know. they were inspired by other genres and combined them with punk to make original music that santogold could never hope to come close to.

@ElHajjMalikElShabbaz I agree with what you say, Clash where big fans of roots reggae and dub, the whole Sandinista was produced by Mikey Dread. To my knowledge though The Guns of Brixton is an original Clash song, written by there bassist Paul Sinomon, it just has a lot of influence from Jamaica, because Paul loved reggae.
