  • When you demonstrate how to go forward you do figure eights. Then when you regularly go forward it looks different, like your ice skating. It looks like your teaching us a different way than you normally roller blade forward. I'm confused.

  • @TMNtitons Unfortunately I have to say no as I do not have any experience and don't own a pair of aggressive skates. Google aggressive skating and I am sure you will find people that give you tips and tricks. Sorry I'm not any help! Donna

  • @simpleshoes2009 Thanks! checked out your channel and saw that you love horses. I have 2 sisters that are horse trainers so I understand the love some people feel for them. Good luck with buying one.   • If you use other faster techniques to go backwards, I recommend a helmet since I once bounced my head off the road and went to hospital. My pads have saved my joints countless times but I do a bit of speed skating too

  • Hi Donna, I am an exercise enthusiast too and have been a runner for 35 years. I LOVE to exercise. I am 50 and b/c of a regular exercise routine I am still in great shape for my age... wooohoooo! Love the tips in this video!!!
