man I did TKD but my school never sparred, so can someone tell me y they arent blocking or doing and hand techniques because the TKD tournament vids look sloppy as hell. The only thing I know about this is that it is based off points depending on where you hit.

why are they allowed to wear foot protection? they're obviously the age of junior or something maybe the age class is different in other languages but they're also in a high belt-catgry so why are they wearing foot protection?

@tipsy700 are you wtf or itf? cus wtf is our style,, but the c.u.t.a califorrnia united tkd adm their rules over rule over rules wtf because thats who sanctions the sport. every state is diff. different languages ? we in u.s.a where u at.

i am wtf lol, most itf's have foot protection though, ive seen that in vids, but the Belgian taekwondo federation is an official member and follows wtf rules just like any country with a wtf taekwondo union i think :s, idk
