holy shit two great bands but way different gerners all that remains= heavy metal or metalcore metallica= idk what tey call it i just call it old metal both metallica is best in its gernre and so is ATR but i do prefer ATR

ok dude your comparing apples to oranges with this there both GREAT bands but they both have there own genre of music like Metallica is a Thrash Metal, like Slayer, Megadeth, Anthrax, and Motorhead.

All That Remains is more like As I Lay Dying, War of Ages, Kill Switch, Shadows Fall and Slipknot. All That Remains is more a Metalcore, Heavy Metal.

But i think i would vote for Metallica because there where the first metal band i listened to and the technique is different so Metallica for sure
