@BornAgainstMormons Extremism is ubiquitous my friend. It is not limited to any group, race, creed, nationality, age or gender...etc. I also think that the term "Anti" is highly overused. I can't stand Dust...but I am not ANTI-Dust. I just don't like it on my furniture or electronics. I can live with it sitting out there in my yard. Only when Dust intrudes on the cleanliness of my home does it become a problem. I have no desire to rid the world of Dust, only my space. In this I am extreme.

I swear Mormons are obsessed with so called 'Anti-Mormons'. They seem to think that anyone who isn't a member of the church is an anti-mormon out to get them.
The title of this video is misleading. No where in the transcript was there anything that suggested anti-mormon sentiments. It sounds like it didn't matter what faith they were, this still would have happened.

@m333tt Do you know of any other church in the United States of America that has had an extermination order against by the government? (See Missouri State history) There was a very good reason that we moved to the Salt Lake Valley.
According to Joseph Smith's account, there are five conditions which relate to the time of the First Vision: (1) "On the morning of", (2) "a beautiful", (3) "clear day", (4) "early in the spring" (5) "of eighteen hundred and twenty" (JSH 1:14).
Second, from the set of possible days, let us consider maple sugar production, which leads to identifying Sunday, March 26, 1820, as by far the most likely day for the First Vision to have occurred
So how is a robbery ANTI MORMON? Should he have whipped out a BoM instead of a gun and then that would have made it a pro-mormon robbery? A crime is a crime and calling it otherwise is stupidity either way.
Brother and Sister Gutierrez and the boys have already enjoyed several family home evenings where they've discussed gratitude, service, hope and other gospel principles that seem as much a part of their home as concrete, brick and steel.
A barely perceptible smile at the corner of his mouth hinted at the feeling of satisfaction MacDonald, a devout Mormon, gets from doing this. For a little while, at least, the gift boxes bring the widest of smiles to the faces of the kids who receive them. "Those boxes," he said, "they really do make a difference."
Mitchell and Barzee, his estranged wife, are accused of kidnapping and assaulting Elizabeth Smart in 2002. During his long history of court hearings in regard to the charges, Mitchell has had two competency hearings in state court. After the second hearing, he was ruled incompetent to stand trial but not eligible for involuntary medication.
Bobo feels a special bond with his great-great-grandfather on his mother's side -- Brigham Young's younger brother, Lorenzo Dow Young, who served as the second bishop of the same 18th Ward for 27 years in the 1800s.
"Church history through us is family history," Bobo said. "But I never had any association at all with this part of the world ... until we moved in. ... I'm nothing special. I'm just an ordinary person ... but these are astonishing blessings to enjoy in our lives
At the end of the trek when the pioneers reach Riverside Park later today, they will have the welcome to the valley reception. Salt Lake City, where Brigham Young settled the Mormon population after they faced hostility from other religions, is in the valley of the Wasatch mountain range. So, much like when the Mormon pioneers were greeted after reaching the valley by Young, so too will the teenagers after completing the trek.
There is kind of this spirit of service that we all get into after a little traveling, said Matthew Linford, of Milford. People start focusing on other peoples needs instead of their own.
that sucks that you were robbed by a lunatic but how was he anti mormon? just because i went fishing doesnt mean i am anti fish. you should think before you speak.
An anti mormon rodent ate through cables and caused the destruction of Longfellow LDS chapel through fire. This is just as believable as the above video.
The biggest robers of Mormons are the fellow Mormons who scam them in financial ponzi schemes.
There have been around 8 cases in the last few months where Temple Recommend Mormons are being arrested for defrauding amongst others their fellow mormons. Bishops and other men of direct 'calling' from God have been arrested for this.
If thise robber knew what he was doing he would got himself a book of mormon and joined the church rather than threaten with a gun.
For the truth about mormonism please read "Mormonism Shadow or Reality" by Jerald and Sandra Tanner.
Sandra realised that her great great grandfather (Brigham Young) could not be a prophet after she read his sermons. She later realised the the Book of Mormon was bogus when she read M.T. Lamb's "The Golden Bible."
On Sunday around 7:45 p.m., she and other members of the Henderson congregation gathered after a children's holiday program, when a man wearing a ski mask and holding a handgun approached them and demanded money. He fired two shots into the air, but no one was injured.
Silly Mormon. Take some heed when I tell you this. You are not Jewish. Joseph Smith stole the identity of the Jews and made you think you are one of them. You worship a church and you worship man. With this kind of worship the Jews would consider you to be idol worshipers and blasphemers to their God.
I would say the only thing you have in common with the Jews is that you have rejected the Lord God, Jesus Christ of the New Testament.
Jesus is not your God, he is your spirit brother and is secondary to mormon salvation. After you pay him back for his sacrifice you can secret handshake your way into heaven and then get your own world with extra women if you have been a good boy.
This sounds a bit far fetched but it's what Joseph Smith taught.
Don't look to Joseph Smith for your salvation, look to Jesus.
@awolLDSasap dont tell us what we believe, you are making a mountain out of a mole hill, joseph smith isnt our salvation,Christ is! wow what a crock you are
@solarflare311 You reverence a guy named Jesus who was the spirit brother of Lucifer. You praise men and set your church upon a holy throne. And the commandment goes, "you shall have no other gods before me"
The point there is to kill the Jew, not to take his money. This guy was after one thing and left when a wallet was handed to him. 23 measly dollars. Probably wanted to buy some crack.
After relinquishing the wallet, Jerry White and other male church members slowly formed a semi-circle around the gunman to lead him outside the church's cultural hall and away from women and children,
On Sunday around 7:45 p.m., she and other members of the Henderson congregation gathered after a children's holiday program, when a man wearing a ski mask and holding a handgun approached them and demanded money. He fired two shots into the air, but no one was injured.
..Mormons will label anyone who challenges anyone who challenges their truth claims ..but the last finger they will point to is to their own book of mormon (1 nephi 14:10) which demonizes EVERYONE who doesn't belomg to their cult as belonging to the "church of the Devil"...
Going to a town full well knowing you will be killed , and the people's motive behind killing you is to rid of the mormon church is called dying for your religion, ie. being a martyr.
What about when the Pharisees picked up stones to stone Jesus and he fled the scene? Was he then a coward? Or when the angels released the apostles from prison where they would have been killed. Joseph Smith knew he would die. His fight or flight response kicked in as would anyones regardless of who they are.
@BornAgainstMormons If anything I would like to shake that robbers hand, the mormons are filthy dirt bags that blasphemize Jesus Christ.. and no it wasnt the Lord looking out for the mormons, he already knows that the mormons mock him, it was the mormons leader satan who kept them from being killed cus he wants to keep his mormon children around to help others turn away from God and become a mormon
@BornAgainstMormons Another excuse from your pathetic mormon cult, we just all hate, yeah and damn proud to hate anything that is apart of evil.. I hate evil and that includes mormons
mormons have no emootions at all they dont care what happenes to you i am finding that out and they embarrass you.also i feel bad i even let the missionbaries in my room.
I watched some of your videos. It is a sad place where you reside. Being an antimormon is not a good thing and will only lead to more misery and unhappiness in your life.
@BornAgainstMormons I think that the term antimormon is ridiculous because most people who you would call antimormon aren't against the people who believe that stupid religion but are against the religion itself which is a bastion of stupidity and denial. I think you should reread Born Again Mormon by Shawn Mccraney. You can get it for free. You can also watch his television show on the internet. It is easy to find.
Fine, I'll have your wife and children burned alive inside your house just like was done to our people and then you might change your mind about being such a dick hole to people.
Are you saying Mormons don't have "persecution mental illness?" Did you not notice that Joseph Smith died in a gun battle in which he killed two people and wounded others while attempting to escape prison. Yet you say he was the one being persecuted. And I suppose you think you're being persecuted now. Obviously there are wackos in the world that do crazy stuff, but you don't have to go around feeling persecuted for your faith. How about being persecuted for your attitude? Your attitude.
It wasn't a "Gun battle". Joseph Smith shot through the door to defend his life. There is no sin in defending your life. If you define 3 shots through a door from one guy vs 30 guys with rifles as a battle, then be my guest but you are an idiot in saying so.
More like an ambush with the intent to assassinate/execute.
I don't feel constantly persecuted. Not at all. But when I was serving a mission and had swears and rocks thrown at me, and knives pulled on me I sure did.
Have you read the official version that was written by the church leaders during that time? They were proud that Joseph killed a few on his way out. He was trying to escape prison, breaking out of jail okay. A gun was smuggled into him for the official breaking out. Try to remember that you're being lied to and you should at least open your eyes and open your ears and listen to the truth of the matter and let your mind be opened. Listen, God is good. He wont throw you out of heaven for thinking.
I'm sure they were glad Joseph capped a few jerks on his way out. I am. Jerks deserved it. It still wasn't a gun battle like you said it was. He was behind a door being forced open. They shot his brother in the face, and I'm sure he shot those buttholes out of retaliation for his brother and to defend his own life.
Did you also read where one mobster went to cut off the head of Joseph's dead body, but was somehow miraculously imobilzed. This account was reported by those against him as well.
You're reading the version written by those with "persecution Mental Illness." They are unable to see the facts the way the original church leaders wrote them. I'm not talking about the version of the non-Mormon. I'm talkin' the version of the official Mormon church leaders. Read that. It's different than what you're saying.
As a matter of fact, I am going off of the story as it is explained by an anti-mormon named Bill McKeever who heads Mormon Research Ministries. The video on youtube is called "The untold story of the death of Joseph Smith"
The mob shot at Joseph first. He had every right to fire back in defense of his life. Especially since the first bullets killed his brother right in front of him.
You think that complete rationality is going through his mind in that situation? I guarantee anyone that is being shot at would instinctively fire back in defense, especially after one guy is already killed.
It's fight or flight respone. Once he found his defense usless, he tried to flee. Any human would do that instinctively.
They weren't coming at him with rifles until he attempted to escape from prison after having smuggled in a gun. Get it? Don't you get it. The Mormon Church is all about "Historical Revisionism" which is a fancy word for telling lies and tall tells. You don't really believe you're going to become God do you?
Dude, you are retarded. This same stuff is told in "No man knows my History" A book written by a woman who was convinced Joseph Smith was a charismatic con artist.
There is no mention of him trying to escape prison. He willfully left nauvoo to meet the charges gainst him.
You ignored my statement about holding a double standard. Moses killed a guy (not in defense of his own life) and it was okay. but if JS kills someone in a clearly life threatening situation, he's bad?
And Joseph Smith didn't smuggle the gun in. Someone else did, and he accepted it.
The mob came at him while he was sitting in the upstairs room of the Jail. If that's "attempting to escape" then I'll be damned.
You're the one blowing smoke here dude. Joseph Smith voluntarily went to the Jail after being summoned. Admittedly, he almost didn't go and was considering ditching out. He knew he was going to die if he went to carthage and he went anyways.
He was accused of rioting (for destroying the printing press) and not for vandalism. Shockingly enough, the rioting charge was on false pretenses just like every other thing he was accused of.
The issue of whether the rioting was a just or unjust accusation is not the issue. Its the fact that he did destroy the press because he didn't want opposition to his glorious new religion, thus infringing on the people's right to free speech via press.
No they weren't, they were just publishing all the lies he was hiding, such as his many secret wives, something the LDS church has done a pretty good job of covering it up and deceiving its members not to believe, even though you can go to your own "History of the Church" and see the evidence from an LDS source.
We hope to become like God just as you hope to be like him. Our idea of it is looking past the "soon after" and looking into the "far after". What do you think we will do for all eternity after we die? Just sit around and reminisce? There will be more to learn. It just makes sense if there is to be an afterlife.
The title of this video says "Anti Mormon." It was a simple robbery. Nowhere did the guy say, "this is what you get for being Mormon," or anything like that. Is this what Mormons do to get any of their points or messages across? Do they add fiction in with some facts and call it credible? Don't get me wrong, I like the Mormons. Their religion makes it easy to see why any religion's bogus.
I'm white. If someone that was Hispanic, Asian, black, or whatever were to rob my house, would it be a hate crime or anti-white? No. It would be a simple robbery, unless they made it known that they're only targeting certain races or religions, and that wasn't the case, here. There was no specific indication for why he robbed a Mormon church. These speculations can't be verified, unless the robber admits to being specifically Anti-Mormon.
No, I don't have a sign on my house stating that I'm white. However, what difference would it make if I did? If I had a sign that read, "White boy lives here," you would still have to prove that being the reason for the anti-white crime as opposed to a simple robbery. It makes no difference.
"If I had a sign that read, "White boy lives here," "
actually you would probably need a sign that says 100's of white boys reside exclusively here. You would need the sign in big print so that EVERYONE around you could NOT miss it.
Then you must have the media constantly say that white boys are easy targets and hate against them is acceptable to a large degree.
OK, let's say all those things were in place. The big sign stating 100's of white boys, big print, every one saw it, the media saying white people are easy targets so it's fun to hate them, and everything else were all present. You would still need to prove that the robber was anti-white as opposed to just simply robbing me. He could have robbed Leisure World, here in Cali. Does that make him anti-old people?
If you love Christ remember his supreme teaching: To love one another.

The title of this video is misleading. No where in the transcript was there anything that suggested anti-mormon sentiments. It sounds like it didn't matter what faith they were, this still would have happened.

and how is this robber "antimormon" exactly?
seems like a crime of opportunity...not a hate crime towards Mormons...
the fact that everyone is safe proves this.
i dont have anything against Mormons, but come on, you guys are wayyy to defensive.

If that building happened to be a baptist church with a full parking lot, he would have done the same thing.

@BornAgainstMormons I think that the term antimormon is ridiculous because most people who you would call antimormon aren't against the people who believe that stupid religion but are against the religion itself which is a bastion of stupidity and denial. HomesliceDrummer 3 years ago
Your attitude.
thelordpr 3 years ago
It wasn't a "Gun battle". Joseph Smith shot through the door to defend his life. There is no sin in defending your life. If you define 3 shots through a door from one guy vs 30 guys with rifles as a battle, then be my guest but you are an idiot in saying so.
More like an ambush with the intent to assassinate/execute.
I don't feel constantly persecuted. Not at all. But when I was serving a mission and had swears and rocks thrown at me, and knives pulled on me I sure did.
HomesliceDrummer 3 years ago
Have you read the official version that was written by the church leaders during that time? They were proud that Joseph killed a few on his way out. He was trying to escape prison, breaking out of jail okay. A gun was smuggled into him for the official breaking out. Try to remember that you're being lied to and you should at least open your eyes and open your ears and listen to the truth of the matter and let your mind be opened. Listen, God is good. He wont throw you out of heaven for thinking.
thelordpr 3 years ago
I'm sure they were glad Joseph capped a few jerks on his way out. I am. Jerks deserved it. It still wasn't a gun battle like you said it was. He was behind a door being forced open. They shot his brother in the face, and I'm sure he shot those buttholes out of retaliation for his brother and to defend his own life.
Did you also read where one mobster went to cut off the head of Joseph's dead body, but was somehow miraculously imobilzed. This account was reported by those against him as well.
HomesliceDrummer 3 years ago 2
You're reading the version written by those with "persecution Mental Illness." They are unable to see the facts the way the original church leaders wrote them. I'm not talking about the version of the non-Mormon. I'm talkin' the version of the official Mormon church leaders. Read that. It's different than what you're saying.
thelordpr 3 years ago
As a matter of fact, I am going off of the story as it is explained by an anti-mormon named Bill McKeever who heads Mormon Research Ministries. The video on youtube is called "The untold story of the death of Joseph Smith"
HomesliceDrummer 3 years ago 4
The mob shot at Joseph first. He had every right to fire back in defense of his life. Especially since the first bullets killed his brother right in front of him.
You think that complete rationality is going through his mind in that situation? I guarantee anyone that is being shot at would instinctively fire back in defense, especially after one guy is already killed.
It's fight or flight respone. Once he found his defense usless, he tried to flee. Any human would do that instinctively.
HomesliceDrummer 3 years ago 4
Don't hold a double standard.
Moses killed a guy before he was ever called as prophet.
Moses can kill a guy and it's okay, but if Joseph Smith does it in (a failed) defense of his own life it's somehow horribly wrong?
Accusing Joseph Smith as a murderer, and Moses being praised as a saint when they both killed men is terribly hypocritical.
I tell you right now, if you knew 30+ guys were coming after you with rifles, you'd get a gun yourself and shoot a few jerks before you went down.
HomesliceDrummer 3 years ago 4
They weren't coming at him with rifles until he attempted to escape from prison after having smuggled in a gun. Get it? Don't you get it. The Mormon Church is all about "Historical Revisionism" which is a fancy word for telling lies and tall tells. You don't really believe you're going to become God do you?
thelordpr 3 years ago
Dude, you are retarded. This same stuff is told in "No man knows my History" A book written by a woman who was convinced Joseph Smith was a charismatic con artist.
There is no mention of him trying to escape prison. He willfully left nauvoo to meet the charges gainst him.
You ignored my statement about holding a double standard. Moses killed a guy (not in defense of his own life) and it was okay. but if JS kills someone in a clearly life threatening situation, he's bad?
HomesliceDrummer 3 years ago 5
And Joseph Smith didn't smuggle the gun in. Someone else did, and he accepted it.
The mob came at him while he was sitting in the upstairs room of the Jail. If that's "attempting to escape" then I'll be damned.
You're the one blowing smoke here dude. Joseph Smith voluntarily went to the Jail after being summoned. Admittedly, he almost didn't go and was considering ditching out. He knew he was going to die if he went to carthage and he went anyways.
HomesliceDrummer 3 years ago 5
Yes but what did he go to the jail for????
Destroying a printing press which was about to publish information about his secret wives. Can't have people ruining his fun.
Weasel7711 2 years ago 2
He was accused of rioting (for destroying the printing press) and not for vandalism. Shockingly enough, the rioting charge was on false pretenses just like every other thing he was accused of.
HomesliceDrummer 2 years ago 3
The issue of whether the rioting was a just or unjust accusation is not the issue. Its the fact that he did destroy the press because he didn't want opposition to his glorious new religion, thus infringing on the people's right to free speech via press.
Weasel7711 2 years ago 2
those people were infringing our freedom of religon
dareapa1 2 years ago
No they weren't, they were just publishing all the lies he was hiding, such as his many secret wives, something the LDS church has done a pretty good job of covering it up and deceiving its members not to believe, even though you can go to your own "History of the Church" and see the evidence from an LDS source.
Weasel7711 2 years ago

The title of this video says "Anti Mormon." It was a simple robbery. Nowhere did the guy say, "this is what you get for being Mormon," or anything like that. Is this what Mormons do to get any of their points or messages across? Do they add fiction in with some facts and call it credible? Don't get me wrong, I like the Mormons. Their religion makes it easy to see why any religion's bogus.
EatTinker 3 years ago
" It was a simple robbery."
a simple robbery? that involves no gun and nobody around.
That doesn't involve targeting a group based on religion or ethnicity.
omiolo1 3 years ago
EatTinker 3 years ago
"I'm white. If someone that was Hispanic, Asian, black, or whatever were to rob my house, would it be a hate crime or anti-white?"
do you have a sign on your house saying you are WHITE?
omiolo1 3 years ago
No, I don't have a sign on my house stating that I'm white. However, what difference would it make if I did? If I had a sign that read, "White boy lives here," you would still have to prove that being the reason for the anti-white crime as opposed to a simple robbery. It makes no difference.
EatTinker 3 years ago
"If I had a sign that read, "White boy lives here," "
actually you would probably need a sign that says 100's of white boys reside exclusively here. You would need the sign in big print so that EVERYONE around you could NOT miss it.
Then you must have the media constantly say that white boys are easy targets and hate against them is acceptable to a large degree.
omiolo1 3 years ago
OK, let's say all those things were in place. The big sign stating 100's of white boys, big print, every one saw it, the media saying white people are easy targets so it's fun to hate them, and everything else were all present. You would still need to prove that the robber was anti-white as opposed to just simply robbing me. He could have robbed Leisure World, here in Cali. Does that make him anti-old people?
