If you want to know how to do that Falcon Punch assassination it's actually the same doing of the assassinations I think it depends what weapon you're holding i'm not sure but all I know is I assassinate someone (hits the back and hold the melee attack) and basicly the character turns the victim around and there you go so basicly it's all random just like in the campaign

That first assassination, like many have thought, may be a finisher move. they most likely wont cut that out since they showed it to millions of people. i think its in the full game. i did an assassination as a elite to an elites front. the animation was that you jump in front of them and take out that energy dagger and stab em in the chest.

Actually that assassination is in the "after beta" version of the game. You will see that assassination in the game. There's actually at least 40 custom assassinations in campaign and multiplayer.

@mrjames84 I know there at least 40 assassinations and I've seen that assassination. It's similar but it's not the same one that was in the beta trailer. I know everything about reach, that reply was before bungie had shown the assassination.

I actually think that the first assassination wont be added due to the point that he attacked him front to front, It wouldnt be fair if u just hitted someone on the front by holding the trigger and applying this strange assassination, it looks good but I think it wont be added..

But still it would be cool if there were this types of front assassinations that could only be applyed if holding the beat buttom, but the sparton should have no shields (:

i was playling the beta and it never did it first i just hit em in the back then i did the samething but held the button but no results then i cruched and did it and nothing!!

One of the best assassinations i've ever done so far in the beta is the one where the elite stabs you through the chest from the back (in covy slayer, of course). A glitch, however, occured halfway through the assassination animation and the elite turned into a ragdoll and rolled downhill. After that, i was just removing a sword from mid-air...

Hmmmm... I've already seen all of the spartan assassinations, but I know elites can do them because I saw one in another vidoc. Where are they? Well, if anyone wants to know, it involved breaking a spartan's neck. Ouch, but awesome.

This looks really, really cool but why is it called a beta? I thought games in beta stage get their bugs ironed out, and it's just a few thousand people. But in this beta everyone will be trying it?
