Yes the touch will fit in it. Now the new touch is alot more thinner I believe so its not going to fit as tight as the old one.

i have one and don't depend on those magnets holding the iphone in 100 percent of the time...mine fuking dropped but all in all if you wanna spend 50 dollars on a case....it'll last for a while
