Very nice. Took me 3 tries in my XJ (similar setup) but I made it up too. Then I broke my rear drive shaft trying to get up the left side and had to drive back to SLC in front-wheel drive. What fun!
This driver definitely picked the right line and worked throttle just right. The MTR's sure didn't hurt either.
Momentum is your friend when you don't have lockers. I've been wheeling open for several years. I'm pretty good with throttle control and picking lines.
Just last month I put a Lockrite in the back of my XJ. Just amazing the difference.
Nicely done! Momentum was definitely your friend on those climbs. I'm too nervous to climb it quickly and always try to crawl it. You have more guts than I do.
Nice line, nice driving. Makes it look easy. There are so many vids on youtube of PSH eating up and spitting out H2's, LR3's, G-wagons, Rubi's, and all kinds of other vehicles.

Do you have a link to some H2s getting spit out? I can't find any.
He's going pretty fast for that hill :-) Good thing it worked. That kind of momentum is usually what rolls vehicles as well, when a tire grabs at just the wrong time. Nice looking XJ!
Great work Driver, you took a line and stayed on it, i wont lie i dont use spotter's hardly ever because they dont usually know what you want to do. Good looking jeep as well.
The long wheel base certainly helps a lot on that hill.

Perfect use of momentum without beating the crap out of your truck. That's what knowing your rig is all about.
