i was wondering what your air arms 410 will do at 50-70 yards as far as accuracy and consistancy.i'm think'n of get'n one of the non regulated ones...i have a talon ss but its only good for about 40-50 yards max...also trying to decide from .177 or .22
They restrict it electronicaly inside, to change it to an FAC level I would have to send it to Daystate and they replace the brain (circuit board) to one which will release a larger pulse of air.
Surely theres a way to tamper with the electronics and make it more powerful lol. If you are on a friends farmland You will easily be granted a firearms licence anyway.
nice, i wanted to buy a rifle from the UK cuz you cant beat good old British engineering and i thought only air arms were the only airgun company in the UK, its a toss up between an Air Arms or a Daystate so which one would you recommend? thanks
Daystate mate, all the way. I use nothing else now. The Airwolf has a big bottle too so can have a days hunting and target shooting with one fill. I cant imagine not having it now. Whatever you do, dont go the Theoben route, over rated.
thanks for the advice. yeah I've never fancied a Theoben for some reason, probably an air gunners instinct lol. thats it, am saving up for a Daystate!
Nowhere near the accuracy and fully regulated Airwolf or any modern Daystate to be honest.
Daystate out shoot weihrauch massively.
Once you get a Wolf or Daystate ecspecially in 177 you will never buy another rifle again, trust me, I have 6 and my last was the Airwolf. No more since have caught my eye as this thing is awesome. 2 inch groups at 100 yard to really emphasise its awesome regulator.
Hell yeah man I used my pump twice pumping up my S410, nearly had a stroke...got the air ranger...looked at the 500cc bottle...then dug out my divers bottle and got it re-tested and filled :D
I know what you mean except I haven't bought a bottle as its nice to have a pump and use for free. Took me ages to fill my S410 first time, wont let it go flat again!
Thanks mate, its only 12ft/lb which is approx 15 joules but its enough for what I hunt. Daystate will make it 19ft/lb for extra cost should you want but then with normal weight .177 pellets your getting real close to supersonic.
whats the scope?

Daystate rocks !!! amazing airgun (not with the 12ft/lb restriction though ;)
amessad 2 years ago
This is the 12ft/lb one. I can group an inch at 100 yards with it. The only good thing about it is accuracy. Check out my other vids.
Thanks for the comment

I have the airwolf MVT .22 and I must say that I have remove the 30 or 40 crows that used to hang around my house with it! It is very accurate.

I just ordered one of these beauties today. Wanted the MVT but was advised against it by the shop owner due to the bugs in the chrono electronics.

who is energy and velocity airwolf in this clip?Salute!
bensendinac 3 years ago
Its 12ft/lb approx 700ft/sec with Air Arms Diabolo Pellets. Thanks
CHOPERUS23 3 years ago
Jesus you paid over a grand for it and it's restricted to uk limits? Try DYNAMIC air bullets with it that will increase performance.
Terminator860 3 years ago
No thanks, its as accurate as anything with the Air Arms Pellets.
CHOPERUS23 3 years ago
No i mean it will increase power. Dynamics don't deform.
Terminator860 3 years ago
No it wont. Besides power is nothing without accuracy, if I wanted more power I would just use the .308 or get a 40ft/lb version.
CHOPERUS23 3 years ago
Mate theres no point in arguing i've tried them out. They are made of tin and shaped like a bullet. The domed ones are extremely expensive though.
Terminator860 3 years ago
How do they restrict this weapon to 12 ft/lb's? What do they do to it?

did you achieve the .2 inch groups with 12ft/lbs?

Yes mate

The air wolf isn't regulated. I take it then you don't notice the power curve on yours?
themunster 3 years ago
It is electronically regulated
CHOPERUS23 3 years ago
The CDT system isn't a regulator is a capacitive firing controller. How many shots do you get by the way? Take it yours is .177?
themunster 3 years ago
From a 200bar fill I get about 200 shots to 150 bar then stop as its a long time pumping back to 200!

I want an Air Wolf in .177. Got an S410K .22 now, & would really like a .177. I either get the HW100 or keep saving & get the Wolf.
