Hey WRFIRE, railroad engineers use extinguishers all the time no turnouts, power and light guys do to, farmers do to, people who work in industrial plants do to, people at race tracks do to, parks and rec people do, loggers do to none of them have PPE so get over it ya FOOL.
@wrfire - this was done for a local police dept, who don't have PPE, but may need to use an extinguisher if someone is trapped in the car, and don't have time to wait for the fire dept to show up. Personally, I always let the firefighters handle these kinds of demos. BTW, the fuel tanks are always removed on car demos.
