I'm a straight married man and found out my wife can't conceive. We are now dealing with the difficult decision to have a childless relationship or adopt. Our only focus right now is our love and respect for each other. I think it is fair to say that my heterosexual marriage is not benefiting society any more than a homosexual marriage would benefit society. By his logic, only married couples that conceive should have the "privilege" of getting married. His religion would destroy progress.

@MrJoshstudios I would also like to see your statistical data on how raising a child in a same sex parent home is any different than an "idealistic" family. I was raised with a mother and a father..guess what...I'm GAY! It doesn't matter. I was raised with love, affection, and a sense of self worth. Your position and the gentleman above are what is bringing the self worth of human beings down. I am a citizen of this country but yet I have less rights then those just arriving. Self Esteem downer!

If they are not able to procreate, then should they be able to get married? If gays want to have children, whether by surrogate, in-vitro, etc... isn't that the same thing as a heterosexual couple who are not able to physically have children?
