my brothers saab boosts this high aswel, we put in an aux boost gauge, and it reads just over 2 bar!! when booting it. what do you think has been done to it? as it did it on the old engine, we put a new one in, as the gearbox blew, and the head gasket had gone on the first engine. its not a trionic ecu, its the one before that. his car is a 2.3t carlsson.

did you modify fuel injection also in order to keep fuel:air ration 1:15?

This is a very minor tune so no injectors or even a new pump are necessary we simply just re-map the ECU with a full 3" exhaust system stage 4 would see injectors, we can do amazing things with these cars...

Now put a spray setup on it and get a couple more cheap GG's but watch out for your head gasket.......I know that pain!

But isn't the stock "blow off valve" really a diverter valve? if it is you could make even louder by just undoing the bottom hose, then spinning it 90 degrees and tighten everything down and just get a little filter for the open hole. just an idea, i did it on my 9000 aero and it sound really good.
