hey guys, atm im training to be a tattoo artist, i've been doing an apprenticeship for 6months and i have to do another 6 months until i can be a real tattoo artist, but my problem is that im a really STRONG christian and everyones talking about not cutting or marking your skin, tattooing is my passion, i love it although i WOULD NEVER get a tattoo myself, i don't want to offend or hurt my God, please someone send me a msg on 'if its bad of me being a tattoo artist?' thank you <33

Yes, I was rude and I appologize. And I do use bad words, but come one, that doesn't mean I'm going to hell. I'm just merely pointing out that the book of Leviticus has ridiculous laws such as:

Don't wear clothes made of more than one fabric (Leviticus 19:19)

Don't cut your hair nor shave. (Leviticus 19:27)

Clear we do cut and shave and we wear clothes made of more than one fabric. Those laws are centuries old and no longer apply as no one is actually living by the book of Leviticus.

I love all my tattoos. I would never want them gone and I've had one for almost 10 years now. They aren't for everyone but they are definitely for me. :)

@amberlapointe1987 Yeah, I know some people never regret getting their tattoos. Which is my point, I never said, DON'T GET TATTOOS!!! I'm just encouraging people to really give it A LOT of thought before doing something so permanent, which I'm sure you did. But some people just rush into it, and those are the ones who regret it later. That's what saddens me, and that's my message :^)

ok if your gonna quote the bible make sure you know what your talking about. First read the whole passage God is refering to the egyptions tattooing false gods and second by cut he was refering to the ceremony when a leader would die and they would cut his/her wrist to "pass on his blood" so yes it is ok to get a tattoo for the right reason

I never said it is absolutely forbidden, I just SUGGESTED that God is not a fan of tattoos. You should at least pray about it though, before marking up the walls of the Holy Spirit's Temple.

Man, your videos are just so well-made! I will favorite this video because I agree that tattoos are against God. You have to sell your soul to get famous, so why would JB do something like this? Attention. People think God likes it when you get tattoos of Jesus, when in fact God hates it, and even more when it shows his death. As you nicely put it, we dont know what he looked like. And to add to it, the cross represents death and is actually a Babylonian symbol.

I agree with you but I have found quoting leviticus over tattoos is a bad idea just because of all the other things in leviticus that we don't follow. Do not plant your field with two kinds of seed, Do not wear clothing woven of two kinds of material, Do not cut the hair at the sides of your head or clip off the edges of your beard, etc
