As I was saying, my tatic works best at mid to long ranges, never close range, due to the parts I use.

Sure thing. Ther beauty of my tatic is that it works just as well in the DS version as it did in the GC version due to the controls being the same.

So, I use my awesome combo, and then I fire off the pods, then bomb, and finally the gun. Then I fire off bomb, then gun, because the pods will most likely be in play still. If not, then just repeat. Also use air dashes to avoid fire and whatnot. This tatic works best when you have distance, instead of close quarters.

No you can't get illegal parts in VS. You have to unlock them and find them in the Grand Battle mode.
