You have to collect all pieces of this armor until to the end when it´s complete.

@brandonlinth Madness armour, it's from a repeatable quest in the Shivering Isles. Take Madness Ore to Cutter in Crucible and she can make you armour pieces. Get her Madness Matrices and she can make enchanted ones too.

Thought i might sign in and help out. Well if you guys really really wanna get any kind of magic weapons items or clothing even special stuff go to your console by pressing the ~` Botton and type coc testinghall and im a pretty expert at the game i dont play with the cheats but i know where to locate all the armors that was showed in the video as you level armor's get better and better each 5 or so levels the armor that looks like silver ebony armor is located on a fighters guild quest.
