They said, to be really happy or free is not to think of yourself too much. The key is not to think of yourself too much. Knowing non-attachment to self or I or me.

But people think to much of themself or me or I. The more you think of yourself, the more you are going to be more miserable.

The I or me or self are the most cause of the problems and suffering. lol

Instead of thinking of self all the time, do the reverse, see yourself in others :)
