i've watched aljazeera for years now, both the arabic and since it started, the english. I've never seen a capital punishment by any middle eastern government being aired on either channel. have any of you?

I guess what he's saying is that by broadcasting capital punishment it says "if you do this, look what's going to happen". In a way its good, because it scares the living shit outta people, but the morals and ethics or killing another person...that's a drawback. He's not sick, its just a way (perhaps not the best) to show people the consequence of their actions.
