I believe that this No to the socialization of private debt should be mentioned to the people of UK when dealing with BP's bail out. Taxing people for the debt and damages that a private company does is not reasonable, I'm sure yacht driving and holiday making owners won't agree but since if they are not to blame, then who is? What do they pay themselves to do then?
The USA must return to its 1776 roots. Unfortunately, because of leftist indoctrination in public schools, most Americans don't know their nation's history.
most dont realise that the US as actually a Civil peace-time flag.
but the US couldn't exist without the war machine and a printing press ........ not very long now.... my prediction and guess is game over dollar within the next 4- 8 years
Iceland didn't borrow a ton of money, the banks that happen to be in Iceland did. These banks are solely responsible for their own actions. Banks are just like any other business, make bad enough decisions and they go bankrupt.
i don't understand why no americans are targeting wall street, even if it's just boisterous protestation. the tea party, instead of being racist, should attack wall street, and target corrupt officials, including OBAMA. he's almost as a bad as bush!
Revolution always happens when young men fear the intolerable present more than the unknown future. Americans fear their government until they don't. Personally, I think that a non violent revolution could happen, Bernanke has backed the Fed into a corner, he cannot raise interest rates or keep them low without destroying the US economy. The Federal Govt will destroy itself when it hits the economic brick wall. Die scumbags die.
O is way worst then Bush and bush left the presidency with more power then he found it. Americans are attacking wall street, they are under constant attack and have a great need to defend their actions. Goldman and the Fed Reserve have hired publicists to counter negative opinions. Big banks have started massive campaigns to counter the move your money movement. They're dying a slow death, but they will die.
The Banks that make bad decisions such as with CDOs, that's these banks problems not mine nor the countries that they happen to be in. Up Yours Goldman Sacks!
I read in the Times of London today that the British are removing the word 'REFERENDUM' from their dictionary's, as in the UK the word actually has NO MEANING.
They are also considering removing the words VOTE and HONESTY.
Oh, and the word POLITICIAN has been placed along side the word CORRUPTION in their new dictionary, as when most look up the one word they also look up the other.
I will pray to Jesus Christ that you stand firm against the global elites.
The IMF, the UN are planning destruction of all economies all over the world in order to bring in a new carbon emission staéndard backed global currency.
I expect a lot of the Icelandic people.
BE STRONG AND PRAY A LOT !
You are on the frontline of a global financial world war.
There was a lot of evidence that the second vote that gave the "right" result was rigged. Ireland is now in the EU whether they wanted to be or not. It's getting crazy out there.
Bravo Iceland!!! Another nations should follow your example! We can not accept transferring private debt of the irresponsible and ever greedy banksters to people who are not responsible for it. What kind of decaying capitalism is it? DEBT = SLAVERY. Wake up people!
See the ' Total Onslaught ' series .
Find ' The Man Behind The Mask' .
Iceland needs to tell the ' Treaty Of Rome ' and its pope to FUCK OFF .
Burn all ' christmas trees ' as you people did already to one of them .

Well done Iceland!!
Most UK citizens think it's utterly wrong to put the debts of a private company on the taxpayers.
We're proud of you for voting NO!!

You can't bail out investors. There is risk in investing. If you do not have risk then you will have more and more irrational investment.
